Today Merriam-Webster dictionary informed me that the word of the day is "kibitzer" which happens to be someone who watches other people and makes unwanted comments or gives advice on what they're doing.
I felt that it matches a lot with what I'm doing lately -- watching AI tools doing their job and providing comments here and there to put them on the right track. A lot of developers could change their titles from "Software Engineer" to something like "Claude Kibitzer".
The evolution is dramatic. We went from "rubber ducking"(explaining code to rubber duck to figure out flaws in our logic) to "kibitzing" (watching and directing AI doing our work).
Internet people came up with another great metaphor for the watching process -- Cuckcoding.
